There are review and publication fees for Bi-Quarterly Journal of "Theoretical Principles of Visual Arts" which should be paid separately in two parts.

At the first step of review process, authors are required to pay 1500000 IRR for the initial evaluation and peer-review process (Payment No. 1)

If the submitted article is approved in the initial evaluation and the peer-review process, the author will be asked to pay 13.500.000 IRR as the acceptance charge for final preparing and publishing the manuscript (Payment No. 2).
