There are review and publication fees for Bi-Quarterly Journal of "Theoretical Principles of Visual Arts" which should be paid separately in 2 parts.

At the first step of review process, authors are required to pay 6.500.000 IRR for the initial evaluation and peer-review process (Payment No. 1)

If the submitted article is approved in the initial evaluation and the peer-review process, the author will be asked to pay 18.500.000 IRR as the acceptance charge for final preparing and publishing the manuscript (Payment No. 2).
